Historic Property | Rethymno, Crete

A rare and monumental property, built before 1670 and renovated in 1894, situated in the center of Rethymno's old town.

Originally a hammam from the Ottoman period, the property covers a total area of 232sq.m. on a 289sq.m. plot.

It comprises a 162sq.m. hammam building with five domed spaces and a derelict two-story residence measuring 70sq.m.

The historical elements of this monument are remarkably well-preserved, and with the necessary renovation, it holds significant potential as an investment opportunity.
